Muninn Innovation Lab

The Muninn Innovation Lab (MIL) was formed to continuously develop innovative cybersecurity solutions to address challenges such as false positives, malicious encrypted network traffic, sophisticated and stealthy attacks and an overwhelming volume of network traffic data. 

Working closely with industry partners, academic institutions and leading universities, the MIL is at the forefront of cybersecurity research and development and provides students with invaluable experience both personally and professionally.

MIL got its first grant from Innobooster for the development of advanced maritime cyber security solutions in 2019 and also won an
IFD industrial postdoc researcher grant in 2022 for a project to reduce the number of false positives using advanced machine learning techniques.
