Development
While we try to stick to the above process as much as possible, we know that software development requires a slightly different process. We like a practical approach and the more time we can work together practically on a coding task, the more we can identify a good match. Following a call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be asked to complete a coding task which will form the basis of your interview with the hiring manager and our CPO. We will then move onto our 'Peer Programming' where you will have the opportunity to work with the team and meet with our CEO.
