As an Intern in our People and Culture Team, you will be a part of dynamic team and will get exposure across the multiple functions including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and many other P&C areas. Our internship is designed to provide mentorship, development, and exposure to a variety of projects and programs that directly impact the business and will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career.

What you will do

Current projects include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to our People Operations team (including onboarding, offboarding, answering org questions to HR).
• Support projects related to Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Talent Development
• Building success profiles for our job families
• Employee events

You want to learn more about People & Culture and are ready to take responsibility for different types of projects. We are looking forward to having you as our intern, and we think it is exciting to teach you more about People & Culture - but we also hope that you can teach us something. We hope you are ready to learn more about:

• Managing multiple projects at a time. We have a lot going on – but we will help and guide you the entire way.
• To create the best employee experience. We are in the process of building our career page, employee intranet, creating fun events for employees and many more initiatives that makes Muninn a fantastic workplace
• To have control over the details. It is important when contracts, letters or other legal documents are created, so that we always follow applicable regulations.
• Spotting a talent. In Talent Acquisition, it is our responsibility to find the right colleagues for Muninn. We do this through interviews, references, and personality tests, in close dialogue with the immediate manager.

Who are you?

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, psychology, business, or similar field
• Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one time
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to various levels of work assignments
• Ability to collaborate with various departments and positions in the organization
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English

Working hours

We adjust the working hours if you have a student job on the side. The internship is unpaid. We live in Lyngby and provide lunch. Start date: Spring 2023.
